Cancellation Policy

Treatments 1 Hour or longer require a $50 non-refundable deposit upon booking. Deposit will be taken off your treatment total or transferred as a deposit for a future appointment.

In the case of a cancellation, a deposit can be transferred once only. 24 Hours’ notice MUST be given prior to your appointment time.

Any cancellations with 24 hours or less notice will void your deposit.

Cancellation within 24 hours or less or a No show for PRE-PAID packages will void your pre-paid session.

Please note, our time is valuable & we strive to fit all of our client’s appointments in, to do so we need your assistance in giving us as much notice as possible when cancelling or changing your appointments.


Refund Policy

When purchasing products, treatments and gift vouchers please choose carefully as we DO NOT REFUND for change of mind.

Pre-paid treatment plans can be exchanged for a credit note in special circumstances ONLY

Any faulty product will be exchanged at our cost.


Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are valid for 6 months only unless specified otherwise
  • Gift certificate must be shown prior to your treatment
  • Non-refundable or redeemable for cash
  • Expired gift certificates will not be honoured or extended
  • No show to your appointment will Void certificate credit
